Prior automotive or sales experience is not necessary as we have great in-house and Ford training available for those with the right attitude that want to create a successful career in the auto business.

Candidates should possess the following qualities:

•Positive Attitude and a Customer Service Champion – Possessing a High Level of Ethics and Professionalism.

•Tech Savvy – Able to work with computer based customer management system and able to demonstrate advance features with Ford’s Sync and MyFord systems to customers.

•Detail Oriented with ability to self-manage time to complete daily tasks and customer follow up.

•Excellent Communication Skills when working with customers through the car buying process.
